The "Iavnana" Comradeships

The "Iavnana" Comradeships for the return of the children devoid of parental care to their families are being created by the people with fixed income. Each comradeship consists of 5-10 members. A monthly donation amount to 200 GEL handed over personally. A monthly allowance to single mothers enables them to take back their children left at the Children’s Homes. The Comradeships also care for their employment, whereupon they may live on their own and are often ready to help the destitute families.

#1. Messrs. Rezo Salukvadze, Vano Oskopeli and Gia Kitia formed the first comradeship, which provides monthly allowance to a mother of many. The "Iavnana" foundation purchased a 3-room apartment to Ms. Nana Khatiashvili, whose children returned from a Children’s Home.

#2. Marina Giorgradze, the owner of the "Anna-Marie" saloon. Through the "Iavnana" foundation, a single mother was given a monthly allowance, as a result of which she was able to take her 12-year-old daughter, Rusudan from a Children’s Home.

#3.With the support provided by Ms. Marina Bubuteishvili comradeship, Ms. Mzia Lomidze, a single mother, took her 3 children from a Children’s Home.

#4. The comradeship of Ms. Keti Jordania is provides support to the father of 6. The oldest of the children was given a scholarship by the US Comradeship of the American Women. The Children’s mother died at a mental hospital.

#5. The comradeship of Ms. Nino Sharikadze, the "Centre-Point" manager, purchased a land lot to a family of many children, upon which they built a house on their own and took their children from a Children’s Home.

#8. Ms. Ketevan Chubabria and the Comradeship of the Religious Women at the Georgian Patriarchy provided a monthly allowance to a mother, who took her 10 month old Nikoloz from an Infants’ Home.

#9. Ms. Ketevan Chubabria and the Comradeship of the Religious Women formed another comradeship and provided allowance a single mother of 5.

#10. The comradeship of Ms. Liana Onikadze provides a monthly allowance to a single mother of 10.

#13. The comradeship of Ms. Magda Khachapuridze provided a monthly allowance to a single mother, who took her child from a Children’s Home. Through Ms. Marina Giorgadze’s efforts, the mother and grandmother of the child were employed by "Anna-Marie" saloon.

#14. The comradeship of Mr. Soso Mikashavidze returned to her mother 1 year old Lisa, who used to be at an Infants’ Home. The mother was provided a 170 GEL monthly allowance.

#15. The Batumi city branch of the Comradeship of the Religious Women at the Georgian Patriarchy provided a monthly allowance to a mother of 5. The "Iavnana" foundation and the "Elit-Electronics" company purchased a house to a family of many children, as a result of which 3 children were taken back from a Children’s Home.

#16. The comradeship of Ms. Megy Saganelidze provides a monthly support to a grandmother, raising single-handedly 2 young children, abandoned by their mother a few years ago. Their father is being treated at a psycho-neurological dispensary.

#17. The comradeship of Ms. Merry Lomaia provides a monthly allowance to a single mother of 5, whose 4 children were at various children’s Homes. The family has been reunited.

#18. The comradeship of Mesdames Nino Jikia and Eka Beshkenadze provides a monthly allowance to a teenager, raised at the Children’s Home in Kojori, whose mother still lives and works at the Children’s Home. At the age of 18, the teenager was left homeless. Supported by the "Iavnana" foundation he is now mastering the art of enamelling, with the lodgings to be provided by the "Iavnana" Foundation comradeship. He now lives on his own and is employed

#19. The comradeship formed by Iva Kuzanov clinic is supporting the 4-year-aold twin sisters suffering from osteochondrosis. The children’s mother has been bedridden since the delivery. A disabled aunt is now looking after the children.

#20. The comradeship of Mr. Zaza Vepkhvadze provides a monthly allowance to a family of many children, with 4 of them taken back from a Children’s Home. Also, the comradeship was conducive to the employment of the children’s father.

#21. The comradeship of Ms. Nino Labadze supports a single mother of 5, as a result of which the children have been able to stay home.

#22. The Comradeship, formed by the United Energy Distribution Company of Georgia provides a monthly allowance to a single mother, whose 2-year-old child came back home.

#23. Another comradeship, formed by the United Energy Distribution Company of Georgia provides a monthly allowance to a family of many children, as a result of which the children stayed home.

#24 The comradeship of the "Geocell" company provides a monthly allowance to a single mother of 3, who took her children back home.

#25.  The Comradeship of Ms. Marika Asatiani provides a monthly allowance to a single mother of 5, whose children were taken from a Children’s Home.

#26. The comradeship of the "Geocell" company Provides support to 2 vulnerable families in Zugdidi region, whose children have been unable to go to school because of hardships.

#27. The comradeship of Ms. Tiko Peikrishvili supports a family of many children. The mother of the 7 children is a tubercular patient. They have nowhere to live.

#28.  The "Maersk-Georgia’ company provides a monthly allowance to a mother of 5. The comradeship gave the clothes and home appliances to the family. Badri and Natuli Kakabadze’s purchased a house for a family of many children
